2023 Year-end Early Lock-in (Staff Level)

I have filed my remaining SIL as Rollover, however, I was absent for two days. What will happen with my leave? Will it be paid?

Correct answer: c. Leave will be unpaid since filing of 2023 SIL to ALC (Rollover) 2024 is a one-time application only, once submitted and approved, considered as final. a. Leave will be automatically paid since I still have available credits

I have a payroll adjustment from 01-15 Dec 2023 cutoff, when will I receive the payment?

a. On 16-31 Dec 2023 cutoff or 5 Jan 2024 payout

b. If approved, disputes from 01-15 Dec 2023 cutoff will be included on 01-15 Jan 2024 cutoff or Fri, Jan 19, 2024 payout

c. All payroll adjustment requests will reflect on 19 Jan 2024 payout

d. They will be part of the Year-end Leave Payout which is on 5-Feb 2024

I will still report to work until Fri, Dec 29, 2023, am I required to lock-in my timesheet on Sat, Dec 16, 2023 for 16-31 Dec 2023 cutoff?

Correct answer: b. No. 16-31 Dec 2023 cutoff will be locked in by the system on Sat, Dec 16, 2023 in another system environment with the assumption of perfect attendance. I will only lock-in my timesheet after my shift on Fri, Dec 29, 2023. c. Yes. I will just file a payroll adjustments for any payroll disputes next cutoff.

My account will not have a Christmas Break hence I am required to work from 16-31 Dec 2023. However, on 25-Dec, which is a regular holiday, my client agreed to pay the holiday premium. Will I be paid 200% for this day?

Yes, as long as you make sure to update your calendar and move the holiday to available holiday credits. 100% will be paid on 05 Jan 2024 payout as part of your Basic pay while the other 100% will be paid on 05 Feb 2024 as part of the Year-end Leave Payout.
