The PB3216 should be rejected by the product squad regardless if the BU-approved request is STILL RELEVANT/CORRECT and CAN BE EXECUTED without the changes.

If the BU-approved request is NO LONGER RELEVANT/CORRECT given revisions required, the product squad can reject the request, and the requester can file a new one with the updated information.

The product squad can proceed with the BU-approved request if it is STILL RELEVANT/CORRECT and it CAN BE EXECUTED, and the requester can file another request to cover the additional overrides required.

The requester can enter the updated information in the comments and the Product Owner / Squad Lead / Business Analyst can re-endorse the PB3216 filed to the BU Lead.
