I have six Holiday Credits and will be working during the holiday shutdown. My holiday break is scheduled from January 1 to 10, 2025, with a Monday-to-Friday workweek. What steps should I take to roll over the remaining Holiday Credits and use them for my January 2025 break?

a. File a rollover request: Go to StaffCentral > My Tools > Applications > SIL to ALC (Rollover).

b. Holidays cannot be rolled over. You will need to use your 2025 Holidays to offset your leave for January 2025. If the six Holiday Credits are not used during the leave lock-in period, they will be converted to cash as part of the annual leave conversion.

c. File your January 2025 Holiday request: Navigate to StaffCentral > Activity Reports > My Calendar > Holiday List > Holiday Credits using the 6(six) 2024 Holiday Credits

d. Leave using 2024 holiday credits can only be taken in December 2024.

a. Leave them as Available Credits in StaffCentral

b. Only the first 5 unused SIL can be managed by Cloudstaffer, and for these to be paid, they must remain marked as available in StaffCentral. Any unused SIL beyond the first 5 will be handled by the client. For Engaged staff, the client has the option to either plot it as leave, roll it over, or convert it into cash. For Hub staff, the excess SIL should be filed as SIL in ALC (Rollover). Coordination with the immediate manager is essential to ensure proper handling.

c. File a Rollover Application in StaffCentral: Go to My Tools > Applications > SIL to ALC (Rollover) to submit the necessary application.

d. All unused SIL are subject to rollover policies.
